A new patisserie and Boulangerie Café in Delhi, let’s find out!

And here comes a newbie cafe in Delhi – ‘The Artful Baker’, a patisserie and Boulangerie café offering croissants, yum cakes and various varieties of fresh bread. This is another successful venture of Lite Bite Foods, the renowned F&B retail company.

CroisaantsAccording to Rohit Aggarwal, Director, Lite Bite Foods the high trend patisserie is certainly official in India. The trained culinary team has established a one-stop-shop for the favourite macaroons, muffins and breads. He adds that ‘The Artful Baker ‘will provide several flavours in less calories, less guilt and is also not too pricey. He asserts, “It’s essential that we offer the best in class delicacies for everyone.”


Paris BrestThe carte at The Artful Baker will include multigrain, French peasants, whole wheat breads, Ham & Cheese Croissants, Whole Wheat Pesto Paneer & Chicken sandwiches. There are some signature desserts like Chocolate, Raspberry and Salty Macaroons, Lemon Tart, Double Chocolate Chip Muffin and Paris Brest which are sure to delight your sweet tooth. Until the 2nd of August, you can find the Artful Baker pop-up store serving at Select City Walk. But, their actual The Artful Baker store is all set to open at Khan Market in August, 2015.

French Peasant(Sour Dough)Looking forward the bakery will soon pan out into a complete Café in the next few weeks, including a delicious and wide spread of breakfast & bakeries, several salads and mouthwatering sandwiches, pizzas, grills, interesting picnic baskets, plethora of desserts, refreshing drinks and a selection of beers & wines.
