5 home-remedies to control hairfall

Kind attention to all those who blame the change of season or location for their hairfall. Here are five home-remedies that you can try to control it and attain silky, smooth and strong hair.

  1. The Amla magic
    Mix amla with almond oil or coconut oil, heat it and gently massage it on your scalp. Let this rest for 1-2 hours and then wash your hair with shampoo but using cold water. This will increase blood circulation and help in controlling hairfall. You can also make a thick paste of amla and shikakai powder and use it as a hair pack along the length of your hair.   2. Aloe Vera & its miracle
    Aloe Vera restores pH balance, relievers scalp itching and even reduces hair bacteria. In other words, it is used to treat dandruff and hairfall problems. Simply extract its gel from the plant’s leaf, apply it on the scalp and along hair length. Massage it in soft circular motion until the extract seeps in.

  3. Curd + Methi (fenugreek) seeds
    This works as a hair pack and can be applied twice in a week. Take two tsp of methi seeds and soak them overnight. Later in the morning, drain out the excess water and grind these seeds. Add the grinded seeds to two tsp of curd and apply the paste to the scalp and length of your hair. Massage it and let it rest for an hour. Then wash it with shampoo but using cold water.methi seeds
  4. Watch Your Diet
    Maintaining a proper diet is very basic to control hair fall. We eat, we all eat, but we need to mind what we eat! Add more iron, protein and vitamin A & E to your diet.   5. Drink Water
    Water drains out toxins from your body, the toxins that can worsen your hair loss problem. So, drink adequate drinking water and control hairfall. Ideally 3-4 litres a day is ideal.water

P.S: Do not use comb to de-tangle your wet hair. Simply use your fingers. Also, avoid hair styling products such as hair dryers – straighteners – curlers, hair gels or any other chemical treatments.
